Pay your deposit (In-store)

  1. Ask to make a bill payment via Pay@.
  2. Show the cashier the QR code to scan or provide your Pay@ account number.
  3. Your Pay@ Account ID is 11954+Your M-KOPA Account Number e.g. 11954713456789.

M-KOPA in-app payment

  1. Sign into the M-KOPA App and select payment to find the retailer closest to you and download the QR code.
  2. You can also pay within the app.
M-KOPA stores and agents do not accept cash and you should never ask for payment outside of the approved payment channels.
